Student rooms are located in a new two-storey building on the Proletarska road in the area of Ljubljana – Moste. Each floor has its own kitchen with a dining table, a fridge, a microwave oven and an induction hob. Cutlery and kitchenware is also provided. In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink and a toilet. The floor is also equipped with another separate toilet room.
All student rooms are new and modernly equipped. In them there is a desk with a chair, a TV, an internet connection, a wardrobe, a bed and shelves. Each room has at least one window, a light on the ceiling, one by the bed and another one on the desk.
The entire building is equipped with electronic locks. Tenants unlock the garden gate and the front door of the building with a single card. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer available to the residents.
Universities
Student rooms are located near the Medical Centre and the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Sports are about 10 minutes’ walk. By bike or on foot it’s a short trip to the center of Ljubljana.
In the vicinity
Student rooms are in close proximity (approximately a 3 minute walk) of grocery shops, newsstand, drugstore, library, post office, banks, market and bus stop (buses 2, 9, 11, 20, 25) with a link to the center, Trnovo, Bežigrad, Stožice and Medvode. At the bus stop it is possible to rent bicycles with an Urbana card.
Shared area
On each floor of the building there is a small shared kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and also a separate toilet room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils. In the basement there is a washing machine and drier.
Room amenities
All student rooms are bright, with windows, newly and comfortably furnished with a bed, an office desk, a chair, a lamp, a TV and have an internet connection.
The room equipment also includes bathrobes, 5 towels, two sheets, two bedding sets, a blanket, an extra blanket and a pillow.
